Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory gynecological condition affecting more than 10% of women worldwide
Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory disease. It is associated with immune and hormonal imbalances in women of reproductive age. The precise mechanism responsible for its development is not fully understood, but it has been shown that imbalances in the microbiome of the gastrointestinal tract and endometrium influence the severity of symptoms and progression of endometriosis lesions. The use of appropriate probiotics can help restore the proper balance of the microbiome and assist in managing this condition.
There is no universal probiotic for everyone
Different strains of probiotic bacteria can have different therapeutic properties. When choosing a probiotic, we consider the characteristics of specific beneficial bacterial strains. The composition of Endoover™ Biotic includes appropriate bacterial strains with proven anti-inflammatory effects, which may be helpful for women suffering from endometriosis, inflammation of the endometrium, intestinal inflammation, metabolic disorders, and hormonal imbalances.
Some probiotic bacteria can reduce inflammation in the body
The bacterial strains in Endoover™ Biotic have scientifically proven properties that reduce chronic inflammation. In the treatment of diseases such as endometriosis, inflammatory bowel disease, or obesity, incorporating probiotics into therapy can bring significant benefits
Lactobacillus gasseri, present in Endoover™ Biotic, has properties that inhibit the development of endometriosis lesions and reduce menstrual pain
Scientific studies have shown that the use of L. gasseri strains was associated with inhibition of new abnormal endometrial cells and a reduction in abdominal pain and painful menstruation. The greatest effect was observed after 12 weeks of use.
Lactobacillus gasseri may support the treatment of obesity and insulin resistance
Other studies have shown a beneficial effect of Lactobacillus gasseri in promoting fat burning in people with obesity.
Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus acidophilus, included in Endoover™ Biotic, may reduce symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
During the use of L. plantarum and L. acidophilus, a 50% reduction in IBS symptoms was observed.
The combination of Lactobacillus acidophilus and >Bifidobacterium lactis improves intestinal absorption of macro and micro minerals
Using these strains was associated with improved intestinal absorption of iron, calcium, and magnesium, which can be very important for people with mineral deficiencies and those with malabsorption syndromes.
The Bifidobacterium breve and Bifidobacterium lactis strains help reduce gastrointestinal discomfort and decrease inflammatory markers
A number of publications have shown that the use of these probiotic strains improves gastrointestinal function, evidenced by enhanced bowel movement and reduced constipation. In patient groups using these probiotics, a decrease in inflammatory markers such as CRP, gamma interferon, or TNF-α was also observed.
Recommended dosage of Endoover™ Biotic is 1 capsule daily, orally, for 12 weeks.
